Data Processing Addendum

This Data Processing Addendum describes the baseline terms under which Figurative Inc. processes personal data on behalf of customers in connection with the services.

We process customer data only to provide, secure, support, and improve the services, or as otherwise documented in an applicable customer agreement.

Personnel with access to customer data are bound by confidentiality obligations. We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

We may use subprocessors for hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, and support. Subprocessors are required to protect customer data under written agreements that impose appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

Upon termination or written request, we will delete or return customer data in accordance with the applicable agreement, legal obligations, and backup retention practices.

This page is prepared for legal review and should be superseded by a signed customer agreement where required.
