Terms of Service

By accessing or using Figurative's website, platform, or services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

Figurative provides an AI-powered data platform for ingestion, transformation, classification, and predictive analytics. Access to the platform is currently by invitation through our waitlist program.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering or joining the waitlist
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or compromise the platform
• Not use the Services to process data you are not authorized to handle

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including software, design, text, and graphics — are owned by Figurative Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you upload to the platform.

When you use our platform to process data, you grant Figurative a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Services. We do not use your data to train models or for any purpose beyond delivering the service you requested.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services with reasonable notice. Material changes to these terms will be communicated via email.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Figurative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
